What is a Flipkart label cropper?

A Flipkart label cropper turns the label PDF from Flipkart Seller Hub into pages you can print on a 4 x 6 inch thermal label printer. In Flipkart's PDF, every A4 page holds one order — the shipping label at the top, a dashed cut line, and the tax invoice underneath. Printed as it is, that needs A4 paper and scissors.

Storerivo's Flipkart Label Cropper separates the two: the shipping label goes on one 4 x 6 page, and the invoice is turned 90° onto the next, so a thermal printer can print both. You can also leave the invoices out.

How to crop Flipkart labels and invoices

Download the label PDF for your orders from Flipkart Seller Hub.
Upload it — click the upload area or drag the PDF onto it. You can add several PDFs at once.
Choose a layout: "Separate Pages" (label, then its invoice) or "Label Only". In Label Only you can also draw your own crop area on the first label.
Pick your options: Sort by SKU, Multi quantity on top, and Print pick list.
Click "Crop Labels". The button shows which page is being read, and the finished PDF appears in a preview.
Print or download it. Print to your thermal printer on 4 x 6 inch paper at actual size.

How the label and invoice are cropped

Finding the split: each page is drawn in your browser to find the dashed cut line between the label and the "Tax Invoice" section.
Trimming: the label and the invoice are each trimmed to their printed edges, then fitted onto their own 4 x 6 inch page.
Rotating the invoice: the invoice is wider than it is tall, so it is turned 90° clockwise to fill the portrait 4 x 6 page.
Sorting: the SKU and quantity are read from the label's "SKU ID | Description" table. "Multi quantity on top" puts orders with the most different SKUs and the highest total quantity first; "Sort by SKU" arranges them A to Z. Both are on by default.
Custom crop (Label Only): instead of detecting each label, you can draw the crop area on the first label — the same area, at the same size, is then cut from every page.

Are your label PDFs safe?

Your PDFs are not uploaded to Storerivo's server. They are read and cropped by your own browser, so customer names, addresses and order details stay on your device. The latest cropped PDF is kept in your browser's cache so the preview can show it with the right file name, and it is replaced the next time you crop labels. See our privacy page for details.

Limitations and common problems

It is built for Flipkart Seller Hub label PDFs with the label and invoice on the same page. Pages without the label's "SKU ID | Description" table are skipped.
Upload the original PDF. Scanned copies, or PDFs re-saved as images, have no readable text, so the labels can't be found.
Each page is drawn in your browser to find the crop edges, so large files take longer — processing time depends on your device.
The preview inside the page needs a browser with a built-in PDF viewer. On most phones, use Print or Download instead.

Why is the invoice rotated?

The Flipkart invoice is wider than it is tall, while a 4 x 6 label is tall and narrow. Turning the invoice 90° clockwise lets it fill the page, so it prints much larger and easier to read than it would upright.

Can I print only the shipping labels?

Yes. Choose "Label Only" to get only the 4 x 6 labels. Choose "Separate Pages" (the default) to place each order's rotated invoice on its own page right after its label.

In what order are the cropped labels arranged?

With "Multi quantity on top", orders with several different SKUs come first, then orders with a higher total quantity. With "Sort by SKU", orders are arranged by SKU from A to Z so identical products are grouped, and orders whose SKU cannot be read go last. Both are on by default; turn both off to keep the original order. The SKU and quantity are read from the label's "SKU ID | Description" table.

Can I crop many Flipkart labels at once?

Yes. A PDF can have any number of pages, and you can select several PDFs together — all their labels are sorted and placed in a single output PDF.

What is the pick list?

The pick list is an optional summary page at the start of the PDF listing every SKU in your orders with the total quantity of each, sorted by SKU — so you can collect all the products from your shelves before packing.

Can I choose the crop area myself?

Yes, with the "Label Only" layout. Click "Select crop area" to open your first label, then drag to draw the area, move it or resize it from a corner. The same area, at the same size, is cut from every page. Click "Use automatic" to go back to automatic detection.

Do I need an account to use the Flipkart Label Cropper?

No. It needs no account or sign-up — open the page, upload your label PDF and crop.

Are my label PDFs uploaded or stored?

Your PDFs are not uploaded to Storerivo's server — they are read and cropped by your browser on your device. To show the preview with the correct file name, the latest result is kept in your browser's cache on your device and is replaced the next time you crop labels.

Why does cropping take a few seconds?

To find the exact edges of each label and invoice, the tool draws every page in your browser and measures where the printed content is. That takes a moment per page, so larger files take longer; the button shows which page is being read.

How do I print the labels on a thermal printer?

Click "Print" under the preview (or open the downloaded PDF) and, in the print dialog, select your thermal printer, choose 4 x 6 inch (100 x 150 mm) paper and print at actual size (100% scale) so the barcodes are not resized.
