Frequently asked questions
How does the Thank You Card Maker get my customers' names?
Add the label PDFs you downloaded from the marketplace — Meesho or Flipkart labels, or Amazon invoices. The tool reads the name in each delivery address, in your browser, and lists the names for you to check before printing. You can also type the names, or leave the list empty for "Dear Customer" cards.
Where does the QR code on the card go?
To your own store on the marketplace you choose. Signed in, you can pick one of the store links saved in your account; otherwise paste the link. Only links on the marketplace's own website can be used.
Can I ask customers for a 5-star review on the card?
No. Marketplaces don't allow asking for positive reviews or offering anything in return for a review. The card's default line asks for an honest review, which is allowed.
How do I print the cards?
Choose 4, 6 or 9 cards per A4 page, print at actual size on 200–300 GSM card paper, and cut along the thin lines. For a thermal label printer, choose 4 x 6 inch, one card per page.
